Which company do the globules come from?

Our pharmacy uses DHU globules.

Why does it take so long for the filled pharmacy kits to be shipped?

After an order is received, the pharmacy kit is freshly filled for you. This ensures the longest possible shelf life for the globules.

Is there foil sewn into the pocket pharmacy kit?

No, aluminum foil does not block radiation. That is a myth.

Are the glasses always delivered with lids?

Are the empty pharmacy kits delivered with glasses?

You can choose whether you would like to order the pocket pharmacy kits without glasses, with clear glass vials, or with amber glass vials.

How many globules fit into the 52.5 x 8mm globule vials?

Depending on the size of your globules, approximately 1.2 – 1.5g fit into one vial.

Are flat-bottomed vials suitable for liquids?

No, for liquids, vials labeled as "roll-rim vials" are suitable. These are airtight, and no liquid can escape.

Which country do the glasses and bottles come from?

How can I label the ordered stickers?

Please clean the glass with a microfiber cloth, for example, to make it grease-free.

Print the labeled file on normal paper first to ensure that the formatting has not shifted.

The 3666 labels can be applied lengthwise to the flat-bottomed vials. The remaining narrow gap allows you to easily see the fill level.

Which labels are suitable for the apothecary bottles?

The labels with item number 3624 are suitable for the bottles.

Which printer are the labels suitable for?

The labels are suitable for laser, color laser, and inkjet printers.

What are the dimensions of the labels?

Item 3624: 70 x 36mm per label – 24 labels per sheet

These are versatile, for example for single doses of medication provided by a doctor or alternative practitioner, craft supplies, spices, small parts, etc.

Do you also carry vegan pocket pharmacy kits?

Yes, the Candy and Sisa series are exclusively vegan.

How can I dissolve globules?

Order horn spoons from us; you can use these without hesitation to stir homeopathic remedies.

Do you have gift vouchers?

Do you provide consultation for illnesses?

No, we cannot provide consultation regarding illnesses.

Depending on the substance, the content is approx. 1.5g.

Can liquids be put into the globule cones/centrifuge tubes?

What is a tamper-evident closure?

A tamper-evident closure, often also called a guarantee seal or first-opening guarantee, is a breakable plastic tab on the container. Only by removing this tab is it possible to open the lid with your finger. This allows the end consumer to see whether the packaging has truly remained unopened.

Do all your apothecary bottles have a tamper-evident closure?

Yes, our closures are all equipped with a tamper-evident seal, with the exception of the 5ml black pipette.
